消費者委員會檢視市面38款能量棒及小食棒產品的營養標籤,發現逾9成樣本屬「高糖」、逾3成屬「高脂」。而兩者形貌相似、營養成分亦相近,容易被混淆甚至有被誤導之嫌。消委會提醒,食1條能量棒需要跑5公里抵銷,消費者須注意這類食品的營養含量,特別是糖和脂肪含量,以免墮入高糖、高脂的陷阱,健身不成反而導致肥胖。
